IOA Membership and CME Refund Policy

Membership dues are nonrefundable. The Indiana Osteopathic Association (IOA) does not issue refunds for new membership applications or membership renewals.

For IOA events, including virtual CME conferences, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations received at least 28 days before the event: Full refund, less a 5% service fee for registrations paid by credit card.
• Cancellations received 7–27 days before the event: Refund less a 25% service fee.
• Cancellations received 1–6 days before the event: Refund less a 30% service fee.
• Cancellations received on or after the first day of the event: No refund.

This is the IOA’s standard refund policy unless a specific transaction or ACOFP/AOBFP CME event states otherwise.

For ACOFP/AOBFP CME workshops, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations received at least 28 days before the workshop: Full refund, less a 5% service fee for registrations paid by credit card.
• Cancellations received 7–27 days before the workshop: Refund less a 25% service fee.
• Cancellations received fewer than seven days before the workshop, including the day of the workshop: No refund.

All cancellation requests must be received by the IOA within the applicable timeframe.
